The game room provides entertainment with a convertible pool, air hockey, and tennis table, perfect for endless hours of enjoyment. Enjoy a short walk to an almost private beach, explore the area with provided bikes, and unwind in the fully fenced yard. The fully stocked kitchen with regular and Keurig coffee makers and spacious dining areas make it perfect for family meals and gatherings. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 plus tax per pet. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $287 per week or $50 per day. For multi-week stays, the pool heater is available for $200 weekly. Located in a beach front neighborhood with no through traffic, the beach is super private, only accessible to residents. The area is close to miles of walking or biking trails, and offers easy access to shopping, hospitals, beaches, and major highways. A car is recommended for getting around, but Uber is also available. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. After reserving your stay, you will receive a rental agreement that must be signed to confirm your stay and receive check-in instructions.
