It is also close to public transport, making it easy to reach downtown Montreal and experience the city like a local. The front balcony is not accessible and out of use. If arriving outside office hours (8 AM - 8 PM), ensure you have all necessary access instructions. Our team is available via email or message during office hours, and by phone for urgent matters. The base price offered is for an established number of persons, with an extra fee for every additional person. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. Pets are not authorized, with a surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.
