The master bedroom offers a 40" smart TV, and there are 1.5 bathrooms for your convenience. A desk is available for working from home, and you can enjoy free laundry access for longer stays. The fenced-in backyard with patio furniture and a grill provides a perfect space for relaxation. While dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and fully cleaned up after outside. This very quiet neighborhood on the north side of Appleton is right behind a great grocery store for all your shopping needs. Uber and Lyft are abundant and available for easy transportation, and the city bus station is located downtown. Parking for one vehicle is provided in the shared driveway. This is a side-by-side duplex, so we ask that you be respectful of quiet hours after 9pm and before 7am. Please take your shoes off when entering the house and make yourself at home. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the home, and violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. Absolutely no parties are permitted. Includes a desk for working from home, allowing you to maintain productivity during your stay.
