The upper level features two nice-sized bedrooms and an oversized full bathroom. Located in a well-established quiet neighborhood, you can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes or drive there in 3 to 5 minutes to enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, just at the edge of downtown. Uber and Lyft are always available, and the city is easy to navigate by car. You will have the house completely to yourself, and we are just a text or phone call away if something should come up. Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home, with a violation resulting in a $250 fine. Absolutely no parties.
