Baby items are available upon request and may carry a small service fee as these items are transferred from another location. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or on balconies, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and incur a fee of $50 per pet per stay; unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $100. Extra or unregistered guests will be charged $50 per person per day. Late checkouts (after 15 minutes) will be charged $55 per hour. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking or vaping.
