A $250 penalty applies if excessive noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior lead to a police visit, and guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. A $100 penalty applies if trash is left outside the property. Any damage to the interior or shared spaces will be charged proportionally and deducted from your booking account. Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM; unauthorized late check-out will result in a full night’s rate charged. Before leaving, kindly turn off all lights, A/C, water, and gas/stove and ensure the property is locked securely.
