The open-concept living area includes a cozy lounge, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Enjoy access to a resort-style pool, BBQ area, gym, and clubhouse. Pets are welcome with a fee of $30 per pet, per night. This condo is located in a gated community. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the AC unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Outdoors, the community offers a heated pool, BBQ areas, tennis courts, playgrounds, and a clubhouse with gym access—perfect for both relaxation and fun-filled family time.
