This home is 100% smoke-free, excluding any outdoor areas. Smoking is welcome outside at least 15 ft away from the home. If evidence of smoke or smoke smell is found in the home, guests will be financially responsible for the air remediation treatment of $250 charged by a third-party vendor. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, but please check with us first. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM and 8 AM. Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present. Dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only. Plumbing issues caused by misuse may have a fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance.
