Located in Soulard, one of St. Louis's fastest-growing and most lively areas, this townhome boasts a central location with close vicinity to public transportation, making it easy to explore all that St. Louis has to offer. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival via platform messages, email, or text messages. This is a non-smoking property; smoking of any kind is prohibited, and deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. Parties and events are strictly not allowed. If a party or event is found, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on the reservation, the guest accepts full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits, and will forfeit 100% of their security deposit. Locals are not hosted, and any local bookings will receive an automatic cancellation. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police, with no warnings, and forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit.
