No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property. If there is a smell of smoke, deodorizing fees start at $500. Parties or events are absolutely not allowed. If you are found to have a party or more people than listed on your reservation, you accept full responsibility for any city fines and will lose 100% of your security deposit. Check-out is at 11 am and check-in is at 4 PM. Instructions to check in will be sent one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival. If a noise complaint is received, the police will be called immediately, and 100% of your security deposit will be forfeited. The Nest thermostats are locked to maintain a temperature range of 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation; exceeding this number will result in the forfeiture of 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite as you found it, with all dishes cleaned and put away, and trash taken out before departure. No moving furniture is allowed, with a $100 fee per piece of furniture that needs to be put back in its original place. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on or near the property.
