Free street parking is available during the day until 10:00 p.m., after which cars should be moved to the driveway or garage to avoid a ticket. No more than two cars are allowed at this property. Guests staying between 30-59 days will have a $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If this cap is exceeded by more than $25, reimbursement is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area where wildlife such as deer and squirrels are common. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, contact our trusted partner immediately. Laundry facilities are in the basement, requiring the use of stairs. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are available, but no extra pillows are provided. The bungalow offers high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds over 300 Mbps, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
