The garage is fully stocked with multiple types of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, pool toys, strollers, and two Pack ’n Plays. Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool and spa, heated seasonally. The pool area is equipped with two chaise loungers and a glass-top dining table for six with an umbrella for shade. Located just minutes from Naples' pristine beaches, premier shopping, and award-winning dining, this home is close to The Mercato and Waterside Shops, and only about 20 minutes to vibrant downtown Naples.
