The rate is applicable when billed upfront; it can be higher if billed in multiple payments. Welcome to the McCallie Dugout, a trendy crashpad minutes from downtown where you can feel at home! This fully remodeled home offers an awesome front porch, from which you can actually see the gates of McCallie School. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large smart TV and a couch with a queen pullout. The table with seating for 4 sits just off the fully equipped kitchen that is ready for all your cooking needs! There are chairs in the living room which can be used for additional seating. The master bedroom is on the left side of the kitchen and features a king-size bed, desk and en-suite bathroom. On the right side of the kitchen is where you will find the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard is partially fenced and features a grill and picnic table! Parking at our home is limited to two vehicles, parked one in front of the other. The driveway is shared with neighbors, and there is no street parking. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located right next to McCallie School, this home is 5 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo, 10 minutes from the Tennessee Aquarium and 15 minutes from Ruby Falls. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third party trash removal. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A ring security system, along with a digital door lock, has been installed. Includes a desk.
