Feel at home in this picturesque retreat in Pigeon Forge, just minutes from all the attractions. This delightful cabin is located in Sequoia Heights Resort, one mile from the main parkway. It features 2 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a loft with bunk beds. Relax on the spacious deck, savoring the crisp mountain air surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. The cabin includes a large living area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a spacious indoor dining area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, a private indoor pool with the option to add heat, and a game room with a pool table and games. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Enjoy easy access to the lively entertainment, shopping, and dining options that make Pigeon Forge a well sought-after destination. The cabin is located near the Hollywood Wax Museum (2 miles), Ripley's Super Fun Park (4 miles), and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (10 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the cabin. We can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests at any given time. In the Smoky Mountains, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
