Located in Sequoia Heights Resort, the cabin is about one mile from the main parkway and a short drive to popular attractions like Dollywood, the Hollywood Wax Museum, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Pigeon Forge offers a mix of Appalachian scenery, Southern culture, and entertainment, with proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking, biking, and camping. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrivals easy. The cabin includes a dedicated workspace and WiFi, making it suitable for remote work.
