This home is equipped with plenty of family-friendly entertainment and amenities to ensure your group can make the most of your stay. Unwind in the spacious living room with a Smart TV and relive the nostalgia of playing tons of classic games on the retro Nintendo-style game console. The kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that can extend to accommodate more seating. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed and the other a twin bunk bed set up. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its own TV. Upstairs there are also two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. Step outside to the expansive deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining set with an umbrella. Cozy up around the gas fire table with the patio conversation set in the sprawling backyard. Enjoy the conveniences of a fully updated bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that can extend to accommodate more seating. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with its own TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone. Step outside to the expansive deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining set with an umbrella. We extend a warm welcome to your furry family members as well, as we happily embrace a pet-friendly policy. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This home is only a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants, as well as close proximity to Cedar Point. Make memories to last a lifetime at this idyllic home! Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking outside is permitted, but if smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you. If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. While we provide a small list of checkout instructions, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
