Only 1.5 miles from the shores of Lake Erie, you’ll have easy access to outdoor activities and stunning waterfront views. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Located just 20 minutes from Downtown Cleveland, the home is perfectly situated near local restaurants, Sims Park, and Downtown Euclid. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. For charcoal grills, bring your own charcoal. Checkout instructions are provided but not mandatory.
