This stunning retreat offers a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and a large island with high seating. The living room features a 65" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and modernized lighting in an open-floor concept connecting to the kitchen and dining area. For entertainment, there is a game room with a pool table and arcade games. Enjoy the resort-style backyard with a basketball court, fire pit, BBQ grill, putt putt, corn hole, giant Jenga, and Connect 4. This home also includes a family-friendly pack n play and high chair. Enjoy the heated private pool and spa for $125 per night. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. It is recommended that the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. At least a 3-day notice is required before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Parking is available in the driveway for 3 cars and street parking for 3 cars. Conveniently located just minutes from top attractions, shopping, and dining, this home is close to Phil Hardberger Park, San Antonio Aquarium, The Shops at La Cantera, The Alamo, San Antonio Missions National Historical Park, and San Antonio Zoo.
