The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you’d expect to find, including a coffee machine, and essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar, and salt. The fully stocked 2.5 bathrooms include walk-in showers and bathtubs, shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. An in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. Driveway parking is available for 3 cars. Pets are welcome. Early check-in or late check-out at 1 PM is available for a fee. Enjoy the surrounding yard with a hot tub and grill. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, and a $1,000 violation fee may apply. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property, and each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are welcome with advance notice, subject to approval, and counted as half a guest toward the guest count. No food is allowed in the bedrooms.
