The home is stocked with everything you need for your indoor and outdoor needs. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. The dining area features comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy family meals together. Enjoy the sun room and pool table, conveniently located right off the kitchen area and leading to the outdoor patio. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a tub and shower, the third bedroom has two double beds with a half bath, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Up to two pets are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet. A maximum of 3 cars can be parked in the driveway due to neighborhood rules; no trailers or commercial vehicles are allowed, and parking on grass or sidewalks is prohibited. Grocery stores such as Publix and Costco are also just ten minutes away or less. Many fantastic dining options are located in the immediate vicinity, with a host of options available in downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island, about 25 minutes away. There are 17 public golf courses within a twenty mile radius as well. The home is in a quiet, suburban neighborhood, ensuring peaceful days and evenings throughout your stay. The neighborhood is great for taking long walks to exercise. Minimum rental age is 25. Check-in time is from 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. No firearms or weapons are allowed. Landscapers access the property once a week to maintain the green space. Guests will have full access to the home minus a few locked storage closets for supplies. Guests will receive their entry code via the app they booked the stay on. Please clean up after your pets. No guests that are not on the reservation, please.
