Driveway parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles, and there is a Tesla EV charger. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Car rentals are also available. This is a car-friendly location, and having your own vehicle is recommended. Since this home is just outside of city limits, you save 11.75% compared to staying in the rest of San Diego, and are still not far from all the action. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Parties are not allowed, and the neighbors will call the authorities if this rule is violated. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 charge.
