Helix atmosphere ensure a relaxing stay. The beautifully updated kitchen boasts a stunning quartz waterfall island, ideal for family meals, game nights, or catching up with friends. Enjoy the open living space, complete with super-fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs for streaming and work-from-home convenience. A brand-new 6-person hot tub in the backyard and plenty of outdoor space for grilling or stargazing add to the home's charm. Enhance your stay with add-ons such as early check-in, late check-out, a Pack 'n Play crib, a beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, and car rentals. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. This car-friendly location is perfect for those with their own vehicles, and convenient car rentals are available. Driveway parking accommodates up to three vehicles, and a Tesla EV charger is provided. The neighborhood is quiet and noise-sensitive, with local hosts nearby to ensure a pleasant stay. The property has outdoor-only security cameras for peace of mind. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties are allowed, as neighbors will call the police. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. Shoes should be removed upon entry, and coasters and trivet mats should be used to prevent damage to surfaces. The garbage disposal should not be used for metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. The home is equipped with super-fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs, making it easy to work from home or enjoy entertainment at your convenience. A laptop computer is not included.
