Feel at home in Dest-Zen, a coastal-vibe townhome located in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle. This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access. This spacious apartment features four private balconies, a bonus game room with ping pong and a lounge TV area, and docks to fish from right out the front door. The kitchen is fully stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A coffee and wine bar is situated right in the center of the home and includes glasses, a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew Coffee Maker, a wine and beer cooler, and an ice maker. There is also a full-size washer and dryer and a propane grill for outdoor use only. Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 13. Any additional or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot can be parked in either spot marked “V” for visitor, but these spots are first come first serve and not guaranteed. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin. You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Everything else is easily accessed by car, and the apartment is centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island. The private gated beach access is a short walk away from the doorstep of the condo. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 pm. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not permitted. Unfortunately, this location is not pet friendly. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.
