Please note that watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted in the complex. Nestled in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle, this apartment offers easy access to the private gated beach just a five-minute walk away. Enjoy the vibrant local scene with nearby attractions and the convenience of fishing docks right outside your front door. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out is not available without prior notice. A strict noise ordinance is in place at 10pm, and no house parties or excess noise are permitted. Guests under 25 are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of payment and cancellation of stay. No smoking indoors or on balconies is allowed, and a $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged beach keycard. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excess trash or debris, and any issues must be reported during the stay. Pets are not allowed at this location. The dining area provides a small table and chairs, perfect for meals or working from home, ensuring a comfortable remote work-friendly environment.
