Your private condo overlooks the ocean, providing a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a refreshing dip in a large outdoor pool while the kids splash around in the nearby safe kiddie pool. Or if you need some “me time,” take the private walkway to the beach. There are free beach chairs and peace of mind with a lifeguard on duty at the beach while you are soaking up the sunshine. Free parking space is available at the property. When you and the family are ready to hit the town and explore the sites, you will find the resort conveniently located nearby with many amusements and attractions. From miniature golf to the famous Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, there is never a dull moment for a vacation in Myrtle Beach. Right in the heart of Myrtle Beach on North Ocean Blvd, it is a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and near 100 premier designer golf courses, Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Jurassic Golf, Jungle Safari, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, Grande Dunes Golf Club, Pine Lakes Country Club, and Arcadian Shores. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month to ensure a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. The outdoor pool will be heated from October 1 to December 31 and from March 1 to May 15. It will not be heated in January and February. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. No pets allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. The upgraded internet is perfect for working from the beach with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit.
