Free parking is available for 2 cars in parking lots located on Withers Street, parallel to Ocean Blvd, and one street over from the resort. Located centrally on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and near boutiques and souvenir shops. A short drive will take you to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, or Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
