Dogs are allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs, with a fee of $175 per dog plus taxes. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are permitted, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
