The building features a fitness facility, a paid game room, shared hot tub, and indoor and outdoor pools. Cherry Grove Pier, a popular local landmark and fishing spot offering beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, is nearby. Alligator Adventure, a wildlife park featuring a variety of reptiles, including alligators, snakes, and turtles, is also located nearby. Barefoot Landing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment complex with a range of stores, restaurants, and live entertainment, is a short distance away. T.I.G.E.R.S.
