This luxurious and newly renovated single-family home is nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, close to major attractions. Whether you are here for work or pleasure, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a great central location close to everything you might need for your trip to Florida, this is the place to be. This mid-century modern style home features a carport and parking for two cars, along with a large front yard and fenced-in backyard. Upon entering through the front door with a smart lock, you'll find the main open-concept living room and kitchen space. To the right of the entrance is the primary bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, and to the left are the second and third bedrooms as well as the second bathroom. Walking straight ahead from the front door through the kitchen, the glass double doors lead you onto the covered back patio with outdoor dining and into the backyard. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $75. Situated in the North Andrews Gardens neighborhood of Oakland Park, this home is about three miles west of the beach and four miles north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This peaceful residential community is filled with gorgeous mid-century ranch homes and is close to all the fun that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. There are many amenities and shops within walking distance, but for further trips, driving or using a ride-share service is recommended. The home provides two parking spaces in the driveway for guest use. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and guests found smoking will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests will incur a fine of $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Parking is available for up to three cars, and street parking is not allowed. An extra charge of $50 will apply per unauthorized vehicle, and a $75 fee will be charged if the sprinklers are broken due to parking on the grass.
