This luxurious and newly renovated home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, close to major attractions. This mid-century modern style home features a carport and parking for two cars, with a large front yard and fenced-in backyard. The open-concept living room and kitchen space welcomes you as you walk through the front door with smart lock. To the right of the entrance is the primary bedroom and large en suite bathroom, and to the left are the second and third bedrooms as well as the second bathroom. Glass double doors lead from the kitchen onto the covered back patio with outdoor dining and into the backyard. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $75. Located in the North Andrews Gardens neighborhood of Oakland Park, this home is about three miles west of the beach and about four miles north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This peaceful residential community features lots of gorgeous mid-century ranch homes and is located close to all of the fun that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. There are lots of amenities and shops within walking distance of the home, but for further trips, driving or using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft is recommended. The home has two parking spaces in the driveway for guest use. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking inside the house will result in an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests may be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Parking extra vehicles is not allowed, and an extra charge of $50 will apply per unauthorized vehicle. Do not park on the grass; if the sprinklers are broken, a charge of $75 will apply for replacement. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
