Perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks or simply enjoying the Florida sunshine. The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. The pool and spa heating system can be activated for an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee is charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact our customer agents after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival. Located in the prestigious Champions Gate community, you'll enjoy a peaceful and secure environment. Just a short drive from world-class theme parks, restaurants, and shopping, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Explore all that Orlando has to offer! While having a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas, ride-sharing services are also readily available. The home offers convenient parking for multiple vehicles and easy access to major highways, making travel to theme parks and attractions a breeze. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Only guests aged 25 and over are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed, and the discovery of usage of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
