The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials and full-size appliances, including a coffee maker. An en-suite washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Parking is available upon request. Mid-stay cleaning is provided every 15 days free of charge for the living room and bathroom; additional cleaning services, such as making the bed and doing laundry, are available for an additional charge. Located in a lively, well-connected neighborhood perfect for long-term living, this apartment is a 5-minute walk to Eglinton Station and steps from grocery stores, GoodLife Fitness, coffee shops, and restaurants. No parties or events are allowed, and the lease will be immediately terminated without refund if violated. A noise monitor is installed. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit or on the balcony, and a $1000 fine will be imposed if detected. Excessive mess, damage, or failure to follow basic cleanliness standards will result in a fine of $1,000 or more. All guests must be registered, and a fee of $50 per stay will apply for each unregistered guest. A $349 charge per pet will be charged for deep cleaning to keep the house allergen-free for future guests. Any pet over 25 lbs has to be approved. There will still be a $349 pet cleaning fee per pet for deep cleaning, even for service animals.
