The ultra-comfy couch is ideal for movie nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to create anything from quick bites to gourmet meals. Park in the driveway or the garage for ultimate convenience. Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet, per day. This home is ideally situated, just 2 minutes from the Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple, 28 minutes from Downtown SLC, 26 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, 42 minutes from Snowbird Resort, and 20 minutes from Thanksgiving Point. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises; a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time, with 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour past the indicated check-out time. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Moving of furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules. No large bonfires and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use. Includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and a fabulous walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
