The ultra-comfy couch is perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your inner chef to shine, allowing you to create anything from quick bites to gourmet meals. Park in the driveway or the garage for ultimate convenience. Enjoy the small, unfenced backyard—ideal for a little fresh air or stargazing under the clear Utah skies. Key destinations include the Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple just 2 minutes away, Downtown SLC at 28 minutes, Salt Lake City International Airport at 26 minutes, Snowbird Resort at 42 minutes, and Thanksgiving Point at 20 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is pet-friendly, pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise, requiring all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum out of respect for the surrounding residents. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated time. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee per hour. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife or bug encounters.
