Two comfortable bedrooms include one with a king-size bed and Smart TV, and another with a queen bed. A full bathroom with modern fixtures and large sliding glass doors open to a wrap-around deck. The upstairs loft offers a loft-style sleeping area with a triple bunk bed and a twin bed with a pull-out trundle, a lounge area with books, board games, and a Smart TV, a half bath, and a private second-story patio with elevated views. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $150 per month, excluding service animals. Service animals are always approved and not charged. It is just 10 minutes from Zion’s Kolob Canyons entrance, 45 minutes from the main Zion entrance, 30 minutes to Cedar City and St. George, and 2 hours to Las Vegas. Enjoy a peaceful, rural setting with modern convenience. Maximum occupancy is up to 9 guests with no unregistered guests or groups of more than 4 unrelated adults. The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs. Parking is available only on the gravel directly in front of the home. No smoking or vaping is allowed due to fire hazards, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed without prior host approval. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on availability. For extended stays, enjoy a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and video calls, an iron, ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies.
