You have a full view of the ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and loft. This fully furnished beach house is the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends. It features Wi-Fi and smart TVs for all your online streaming content needs. The full kitchen includes all kitchen appliances. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer, bathrooms with showers, towels, a first aid kit, and a hair dryer, as well as living spaces. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog or $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. You can also request early check-in or late check-out through the digital guestbook, subject to availability and a small fee. Located within a short distance of the Polynesian Culture Center, BYU-Hawaii, downtown, and great food, and within a short drive of the Surf Competitions, the location is in the middle of everything you could need while visiting Hawaii, with scenery that looks like paintings. This is a smoke-free home with no smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use allowed. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone. Guests are required to digitally agree to and sign house rules and a rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
