Though the kitchenettes aren't outfitted with a stove or dishwasher, a hot plate and cookware are provided. Two fully stocked laundry rooms are available for all guests. A Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware are available. Located just two blocks from the Fayetteville Town Square, Dickson Street, and Fayetteville's entertainment district, this home is also just 0.7 miles from the University of Arkansas campus. It's also located 0.2 miles from Razorback Greenway, and 1.5 miles to Donald W Reynolds Stadium. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; an unapproved party or event will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
