Located in a gorgeous lakeside neighborhood, this home is a short, easy walk from Beaver Lake. The nearest boat ramp is at Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi), the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi), the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi). Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The dock is not available for guests and this is strictly enforced. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
