Covered in-building parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee of $89 per service. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed at the property. Please ensure you check out by the agreed time to avoid a $250 late check-out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check out at the agreed time may result in a minimum $500 charge due to disruption.
