Pets are considered with applicable pet fees, with rates varying based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Additional charges may apply for excess cleanup, damages, or other pet-related issues. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Evidence of smoking indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. There is a $50 cleaner trip fee if the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard times. A 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out applies, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes thereafter. Tampering with, removing, or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. Guests are asked to only flush toilet paper. Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system. Management will not assume liability for unforeseen occurrences such as weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, or acts of God. Guest personal property is not insured by the Owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property.
