Activities include beach access, swimming, boating, off shore fishing, on shore fishing, championship golf, Har Tru clay tennis courts, top golf, surf fishing, paddle boarding, museums, plantation tours, wildlife reserves, sculpture and botanical gardens, shopping, historic tours and culinary adventures. This villa is only an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. There is a $500 fee for violations of the no-smoking policy. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 3.
