The apartment is located just steps away from some of the best restaurants, cafes, and shops in the neighborhood, and is across the street from Mount Royal Mountain and a 1-minute walk to famous Jeanne-Mance Park. It's also close to public transportation, with a 1-minute walk to many buses, a 12-minute walk to Mont-Royal Metro Station, a 10-minute transport to downtown Montreal, a 15-minute transport to Old Montreal, a 22-minute transport to the airport, and a 7-minute walk to PA Grocery Store. Plateau Mont-Royal is known for its bohemian vibe, colorful architecture, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, beautiful parks, green spaces, and thriving arts scene. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The city is doing construction in front of the building, which may affect access by vehicle and cause some noise disturbance on weekdays.
