The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for large groups, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Entertainment options abound with a pool table, TV, and various outdoor games. This pet-friendly home welcomes furry friends with a required written notification and approval from the host, allowing one house-trained dog with a pet fee subject to a security deposit. Parking can accommodate up to four vehicles in the driveway and one on the street in front of the house. Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day of stay, requiring at least a week's notice. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms, laundry, and the kitchen. A camera monitors the driveway and side yard for access from the gate. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing and noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. After rain, there may be small bugs in the pool, and the water may appear slightly discolored. Pool floats are no longer provided. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The home is not baby-proofed.
