Located just 20 minutes from Disney World, 25 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios, this home offers the perfect base for your Orlando adventures. The house offers a variety of themed bedrooms: 'Star Wars- Rise of the Resistance' with one full and one twin bed, 'Mickey and Minnie Railway Runaway' with one full and one twin bed, 'Blue Sanctuary' with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and 'Midnight Nest' with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary cookware and a huge kitchen island with seating for four. Enjoy meals in the formal dining area with seating for eight or relax in the open concept living area. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor patio with a dining table and lounge chairs. A Pack n Play is available upon request. For an additional fee of $35 per day, pool heating can be arranged with at least a week's notice. The pool is serviced weekly, and during inclement weather, it is advised not to use the pool. Please be aware that after rain, some debris may wash into the pool, causing slight discoloration. Situated in a prime location, this home is just a short drive from Orlando's top attractions. Disney World is only 20 minutes away, SeaWorld is 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. The neighborhood offers easy access to these destinations, making it an ideal spot for exploring the best of Orlando. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Parking is limited to three vehicles, with specific parking instructions provided. Guests should be aware that Windsor Island Resort may have ongoing construction, though this does not impact the clubhouse amenities, which are fully open and available for use.
