Enjoy being tucked away in nature while still having extremely close proximity to the Strip and the National Park. The cabin features a six-person hot tub, a propane grill, wooded views, and a foosball table. Stay connected with 1 Gig Wi-Fi and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. The home layout includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, and back porch access to the BBQ grill and hot tub on the first level. The second level houses three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath, a bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed, along with a shared full bath in the hall. The cabin accommodates a maximum of eight guests and two vehicles. No pets are allowed on the property. Located just 1.3 miles from the Gatlinburg Strip and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, this cabin offers easy access to local attractions. Anakeesta is only 2.1 miles away, and Dollywood is 11 miles from the property. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer while being surrounded by nature. Quiet hours begin at 9:30 pm, and no smoking or parties are allowed. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub, and it should not be used if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Per Gatlinburg, TN Fire Code, no fires are allowed on the property. You may encounter critters, including bears, so exercise caution. No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other uncontrollable events, so travel insurance is recommended. The cabin offers 1 Gig Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work-friendly stays. A laptop computer is not included.
