The modern bathrooms come with walk-in showers, a tub, and his and hers sinks. The heated pool is available for $20 per day, and there is a 2-car garage for convenience. Pets are allowed with a $125 fee per pet per stay, with a maximum of one pet allowed per stay. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets, with a $50 penalty for failure to do so. The BBQ grill and electric fireplace are available for use, and a washer and dryer are included. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST, with unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins resulting in additional charges. Pool use is subject to a $30 per day heating fee, and no diving is allowed. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches, and a $250 penalty applies for unauthorized pets.
