Welcome to your perfect Florida stay! Feel at home in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located just 10 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach. This home features a private fenced-in yard and a 2-car garage for your convenience. This sunlit home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and a tub. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a double-door fridge with a water dispenser, island seating for 4, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, utensils, glassware, and a dining table for 4. Enjoy the outdoor patio furniture, BBQ grill, electric fireplace, washer, and dryer. The heated pool is available for $20 per day. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, this home is ideal for beach trips, staycations, or workcations. It is also just 5 minutes from the Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village, and Largo Golf Course. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If you intend to have a guest over outside of quiet hours (8 AM - 10 PM), you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Pets are allowed with a fee of $125 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 1 pet allowed per stay. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unless otherwise stated, all check-in times are 4 PM EST and checkout times are 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, and the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.
