Welcome to your ideal Largo retreat, just 10 minutes from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach! Feel at home in this spacious and modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps up to 8 guests. This home is perfect for families and groups, featuring stylish living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double-door fridge with a water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, glassware, utensils, island seating for 4, and a dining table for 4. Enjoy your private backyard oasis, which includes a fully fenced yard, patio seating, a BBQ grill, an outdoor fireplace, a washer, a dryer, and a 2-car garage. The home also features updated tile, modern bathrooms, walk-in showers, a tub, and his and hers sinks. The heated pool is available for $30 per day, if requested in advance. Pets are allowed with a fee of $125 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 1 pet allowed per stay. You’ll be just 5 minutes from the Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village, and the Largo Golf Course. This home is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood that’s perfect for peaceful relaxation and is close to great restaurants, parks, and family activities. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping, and cleaning will determine if smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches, and unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Guests must be 25 years or older to book and check-in. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a legal photo ID along with an accompanying verification photo (selfie). Check-in information cannot be shared until this is completed. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. No firearms allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.
