This large 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool house is perfect for families or group getaways. It features a private fenced-in yard, a cozy living area with a pool view, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge with a water dispenser, island seating for four, and a dining table for four. The modern bathrooms come with walk-in showers, a tub, and his and hers sinks. The heated pool is available for $20 per day, and there is a 2-car garage for convenience. Pets are allowed with a $125 fee per pet per stay, with a maximum of one pet allowed per stay. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets, with a $50 penalty for failure to do so. The BBQ grill and electric fireplace are available for use, and a washer and dryer are included. Located just 10 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and 5 minutes from the Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village, and Largo Golf Course, this property offers the perfect family vacation with plenty to do all within a short drive. Enjoy lounging, swimming, BBQing, golfing, and visiting the beach. Noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds are provided for such disturbances. Parties are never allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 8 people. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST, with unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins resulting in additional charges. Pool use is subject to a $30 per day heating fee, and no diving is allowed. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches, and a $250 penalty applies for unauthorized pets. A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a legal photo ID and verification photo. Cameras are located at the front door, driveway, and pool equipment for security purposes, monitoring the exterior only. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services, with unauthorized charges billed to the guest.
