Welcome to your relaxing coastal escape in Tarpon Springs, just a 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk to gorgeous Sunset Beach. Feel at home in this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom home. This pet-friendly home features a fully fenced backyard, BBQ grill, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and modern amenities perfect for families, couples, and remote workers. The open, welcoming layout includes a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware, pots, pans, and utensils. Soft linens, extra pillows, and blackout curtains are provided in the bedrooms. A cozy living room includes a sofa bed. An air mattress is available upon request. Guests can bring up to 1 pet per booking for a fee of $125 per pet per stay, and pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Close to the famous Sponge Docks, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and local restaurants, this apartment is in a quiet and residential neighborhood. It's 4 minutes to Sunset Beach, 10 minutes to Fred Howard Park, 20 minutes to Dunedin and Honeymoon Island, and 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach. Publix and restaurants are nearby. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are allowed in the apartment at any time. Guests must pick up after their pets, and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. Two vehicles may be parked in the driveway, but boat trailers and campers are not permitted. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Check-in is at 4PM EST and checkout is at 11AM EST. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.
