Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet per stay, and pets must not exceed 50 lbs. An air mattress is available upon request. The home is close to the famous Sponge Docks, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, local restaurants, Publix, and Fred Howard Park. It's 4 minutes to Sunset Beach, 10 minutes to Fred Howard Park, 20 minutes to Dunedin and Honeymoon Island, and 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are allowed in the rental at any time. Guests must pick up after their pets, and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Boat trailers and campers are not permitted. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common, and refunds are not offered for this.
