The spacious living room includes a Frozen mural, and there are smart TVs and a high-speed internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, kitchen bar seating for four, and an indoor dining area with a Disney character mural for four. In-suite laundry machines and central air conditioning are also included. Complimentary access to building amenities is provided, and the condo is 1288 sq ft A pack 'n play crib and a highchair are available for $40 each (one-time fee). Pets are welcome with a fee of $99. Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby family attractions include Walt Disney World (3.7 miles), Orange Lake Golf Course (2.3 miles), Highlands Reserve Golf Club (6 miles), Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park (6.6 miles), Disney's Animal Kingdom (7.6 miles), Hollywood Studios (9.6 miles), Epcot (9 miles), SeaWorld (15 miles), and Universal Studios (19.8 miles). Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, only one pet up to 40 lbs is allowed. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight in advance. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date. ID verification may be required after booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
