This property features a private pool, indoor fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, and two game rooms. It has six spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The payment covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, and pest control. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $60 (less than 100 lbs) or $250 (1+ month stay) for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Guests should bring pet bedding, and owners are liable for damages. This charming location is nestled in the heart of sunny Florida. Walt Disney World is just a 25-minute drive away, and The LOOP Shopping Center is only 15 minutes away. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is 20 minutes away, and Universal Studios Orlando is 35 minutes away. Lake Tohopekaliga is perfect for outdoor activities, fishing, and water sports, and is only 20 minutes away. The pool is temporarily out of service for maintenance. Guests must complete a pre-arrival form and sign the rental terms before their stay. The maximum occupancy is 13 guests, all of whom must be listed in the pre-arrival form.
