This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is not pet friendly. Non-approved pets will be subject to a $1000 fine. Smoking is only allowed outside, with a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and noise complaints will incur a $250 fine. A $250 fee will be charged for check-outs after 11:15 AM. Please do not move furniture, as a $250 fine will apply if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs. Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the property and a Ring doorbell with a camera is at the front door for safety, monitoring the exterior entryway 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
