Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located on the 5th floor of an apartment building in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The building, elevator, and hallway to the apartment can be accessed without stairs. There are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms and two steps down to the common space. Feel at home in this tastefully decorated apartment. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space boasts tall ceilings and comfortable, stylish furnishings. The bathroom has essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. The open-concept living and dining room features a 55" HD TV, a comfortable couch and chair, and a dining table for 4. The fully stocked kitchen has some basics if you want to stay in and cook, and a coffee station should you want to fuel up and head out. Each bedroom has a fan located in the closet, and one closet includes a pack-and-play. Paid parking is available on the premises in a lot across the street from the building for $25 per day per car. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Guests will also have access to the gym, commercial laundry space, and the dog wash on the lower level of the building. The apartment is within walking distance of several of Cleveland's best restaurants and entertainment, including the East Bank of the Flats. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee. Any smell or evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized late check-out will be $150 per hour. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 pm and before 8 am. The king-size bedroom has a desk and TV that could double as a monitor for your laptop. To enter the building and parking lot, guests must download a Verkada Pass mobile app. Guests must provide an active email address to receive the app invite.
