The building offers a brand new gym and options for downtown parking at a fee of $25 per day per car, with additional charges for stays exceeding seven days. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with additional fees for more pets. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and potential reservation cancellation without refund. The apartment is within walking distance to several of Cleveland's best restaurants and entertainment options, including the East Bank of the Flats. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic, and uninvited guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
