The first floor features two queen bedrooms with a shared full bath, while the second floor offers one bedroom with a king bed and twin, and another with a king bed and a chair that converts into a bed. There are two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one on the second, for added convenience. Enjoy game room fun with a ping pong table and basketball game, providing a perfect spot to just hang out! Unwind and relax in the private hot tub after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and dine with ease, featuring a coffee station with ground coffee, sugar, creamer, and a dual Keurig machine. Cozy living spaces are perfect for gathering and making memories, complete with a classic N64 console for retro gaming fun. The spacious backyard is great for grilling and outdoor relaxation. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. For a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. Conveniently located close to parks, shopping, dining, major highways, and the airport, this home offers easy access to everything you need for a perfect Cleveland getaway. Decibel readers track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are kindly reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community will result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights. Checkout instructions are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
