This home has a strict no-smoking policy indoors, with a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning if violated. Smoking is permitted outside. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with requests for additional dogs subject to approval and an extra $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No underage consumption, drugs, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission. For charcoal grills, guests should bring their own charcoal. While checkout instructions are provided, they are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests. The hot tub has specific rules to maintain cleanliness, including a $250 fine for violations. Use beach towels only, with a maximum occupancy of seven people. Children must be supervised by adults. No diving, jumping, food, or drinks are allowed in the hot tub, and no glass should be around it. Please keep it clean, respect neighbors by keeping noise levels down, and turn off jets after use. Smoking is not allowed while in the hot tub.
