Designed with panoramic views in mind, this apartment offers beachfront access and beach service. The modern kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, and silverware, making it perfect for group meals. The living room features balcony access, comfortable couches and side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Additionally, the apartment includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. This apartment offers access to three pools, including one heated pool available from November 1st to April 30th for year-round enjoyment. Enjoy the Tiki Bar and Deli for food, drinks, and live entertainment. Engage in friendly matches with pickleball and tennis courts, or enjoy shuffleboard and beach volleyball. Stay active with the on-site gym and exercise room, and savor al fresco meals with Gulf views at the beachfront picnic and grill areas. The property is not pet-friendly. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund. Starting August 4, 2025, the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs, which may restrict balcony access and temporarily close certain walkways.
