Welcome to your perfect San Diego family home! Feel at home in this spacious, 1,800 sqft gem, offering everything families need for a fun and relaxing stay. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings, upgraded appliances, and fun games for all ages. This home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen with essentials to get you started, a washer and dryer, a 7-person jacuzzi, and a BBQ grill with a propane table heater. Keep the whole family entertained with a fully equipped game room including basketball, Skee-ball, a billiards/pool table, and a massive 77" Smart TV with Sony Theatre Quad sound for movie nights or cloud-gaming. Park in the 3-car driveway and charge your EV in the driveway (rates may apply). Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Take in beautiful views of the bay right from the big glass windows, and get the perfect vantage point to watch the amazing SeaWorld Fireworks show from the front yard. Transit is available within a few blocks. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $70 per person if not disclosed. Bunk beds are not designed for adults, kids only. Blow up mattress can be added, just ask. There is a $30 fee per use for EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), in addition to the Kwt time. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Shoes must be removed upon entry. No parties are allowed. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., is prohibited and fees will apply. Unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is prohibited. Coasters must be used under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Trivet mats must be used for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Includes blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi for remote productivity and a motorized work desk.
