The full kitchen comes with essentials to get you started, and the dining area is perfect for family meals. Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi and a motorized work desk make remote work-friendly. Entertainment options abound with a 77" Smart TV and two 55" Smart TVs with streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Apple TV. The fully equipped game room offers basketball, skee-ball, a billiards/pool table, and a massive 77" Smart TV with Sony Theatre Quad sound for movie nights or cloud gaming. Ask about our add-ons, including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf/boogie boards, pets policy, EV charging, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. Park in the 3-car driveway and charge your EV in the driveway, with rates that may apply. We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay. Undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet. Take in beautiful views of the bay right from the big glass windows, and enjoy the perfect vantage point to watch the amazing SeaWorld Fireworks show from the front yard. Transit is available within a few blocks, making it easy to explore San Diego. We live across the street and can help 24/7 with anything you might need. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and tampering with Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks will result in fees.
