Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking. Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $100 fine for any evidence of a party or event, plus legal action and possible eviction. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Check-out time is 11 am. All guests must agree to the house rules before/during their stay.
